1. Return Window & Eligibility

In strict compliance with United States health and hygiene standards:

30 Calendar Days: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the recorded delivery date.
Unopened Packaging: Due to hygiene regulations, merchandise must be brand new, unwashed, and in its original sealed factory packaging with all protective films, seals, and tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by your Order ID or receipt confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Merchandise

Personal intimate wellness products once the outer hygiene seal or shrink-wrap has been opened.
Lubricants, lotions, oils, or sprays with opened safety seals.
Clearance or final-sale promotional items.
Electronic gift cards and vouchers.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (1-Year Warranty)

If an item arrives damaged in transit or exhibits a mechanical/electronic defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will issue a prepaid return label and dispatch a brand-new replacement unit at zero additional cost under our 1-year manufacturer warranty.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to warehouse fulfillment. A 100% full refund will be processed immediately.
After Dispatch: Once shipped with a courier tracking number, an order cannot be canceled in transit. You may accept delivery and request a standard return RMA.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Credit/Debit Cards: 3 – 5 business days.
Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal: 24 – 48 hours.
Klarna / Afterpay: Installment schedule adjusted and completed payments credited within 3 – 5 business days.
